We are a small family-run business, LandingCloud9 LLC, based in San Diego, CA. We buy and sell properties in Nevada, Colorado and Florida. This company was started as a way to fulfill our dream of owning an online business in the real estate space. We specialize in vacant land. Our Founder

Hi, I’m Kelvin. I started this company as a way to fulfill my dream of owning an online business in the real estate space. Outside of work, I enjoy watching Gordon Ramsey, cooking, and doing cross fit. I work on LandingCloud9 alongside my wife, Tami, and our dog Coco. Tami enjoys kickboxing, building websites, and making extensive plans and itineraries. Coco enjoys chewing things, licking strangers’ toes, and barking at huskies.
